Company Structure
Founded in 1985, initially focused on stainless steel fabrication for architectural projects and later expanded into commercial kitchen equipment, including the first refrigeration production line in the Philippines. In 2011, the company transitioned to importing global kitchen equipment, broadening its offerings. In 2022, Merit moved to a new 8,000 sqm headquarters and warehouse in Marikina City. The company remains committed to innovation and is now launching High-End Residential Stainless Steel Modular Kitchen Cabinets.

Founded in 2006, Baineng is a leading stainless steel cabinet manufacturer in China, specializing in both commercial and residential applications. The company offers a wide range of products, including kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and office cabinets, as well as custom designs and solutions. Baineng also provides installation services to meet the specific needs of its customers.
